Why Relax and Focus Your Team?

Relax and focus your team at work is important because it can increase productivity and improve your decision-making skills. Also, it can help improve your health by reducing stress levels.

There are many reasons why people need to relax at work. Here are just a few benefits:

  • Improve productivity: When you’re relaxed, you’re more likely to focus on the task at hand and less likely to get distracted.
  • Make better decisions: In stressful situations, our brains tend to overanalyze things, leading to inefficient decision-making processes and possibly even poor decisions.

Typically, team members are coming into the meeting directly after another meeting, and often with no chance to prepare. Because of the rush, many people aren’t fully focused and able to perform at their best.

If we take our team through a short process to give them a minute to re-focus, we will benefit from the time spent and be more productive.

Here are a few ideas to spend just two minutes grounding and focusing our team at the beginning of a meeting
