Serial Solutions is a Creative Team Problem-Solving Game

Serial Solutions is a fantastic activity to exercise creative problem solving and encourage collaborative brainstorming. This game helps people work as a team, searching for solutions collaboratively and with the active participation of everyone.

It is simple to implement and very effective in its results. You will only need to gather large sheets of paper and colored markers for each team member.

First start by presenting a real or fictitious problem relevant to your business. It can also be a problem that the team has in its work and organizational dynamics. Then you move on to the idea generation phase, each team member writes a quick solution or idea on a large sheet of paper.

Now is when the game gets more interesting, the idea exchange phase. Pass the paper to the right, each person adding to or building upon the previous idea. Continue the process for several rounds to expand the brainstorming.

Finally, the solution workshop phase. Gather and discuss all ideas and solutions as a team, evaluating their effectiveness and creativity.

This activity promotes a collaborative environment where each team member’s input is valued. It encourages creative thinking and demonstrates the power of collective problem-solving.
