Construct whit Lego is a fun activity

Being an effective communicator is essential to be successful because you need to communicate well the daily tasks of the team you lead. Construct with Lego is an ideal exercise to practice effective communication, you must transmit ideas to carry out a task and project in a group.

This is one of the most interesting team-building activities. For this exercise you will need some lego pieces.

Construct whit Lego is all about observation and retention of design. Depending on the size of the group, you should form teams of four or five people.

For this activity, build a random figure using Legos.

Next, the competing teams have to replicate this structure in 10 minutes. Sounds easy, right? Well, there’s a catch!

Only one person is allowed to look at the figurine at a time. The person has to then communicate the parameters like size, shape, color, etc. to his/her team members.

Now, that’s some team-building and communication activity!
